How to Join a server using just an IP address

Ok it seems like there are some people ,new to PF ,that do not know how to join a server just using an IP address ie not joining via Hyperlobby or Ubi.com so here is a quick guide hope its helpful.


When the game starts you will get the Main Menu screen like this.
Press on the multiplay button



The next screen you will see is this press on the join server button



then in the box 1. type in the server IP address, here I have used the warbirdsofprey server
2. Next click on the join button



You can find the Ip addresses on the dedicated servers page.

I may have inadvertently been the cause of this thread , as I cannot join certain servers using an IP alone if the game is also available from a lobby.
I'm not certain, but I believe that while being logged into HL or Ubi, you must use a different port number(default +10) to join, if the server is being hosted from there.
