I'm new (40+ missions) to PF and am having touble shooting down Betty's. It seems like any time I fly straight and level, shooting long enough to do any damage (1-2 sec.), the tail gunner nails me! I've tried some high deflection shots but never seem to do enough damage. I'm flying the stand alone, Army career, P-40. I do reasonably well against the fighters but pretty much leave the Bettys for the P-39s.
