i think i got banned

hi guys i kinda dont get it but i think i got banned from game.
i tried to get in to tell faust or someone in the birds of prey site but i havent register till today. i dont understand what the VIA is and all that i think i need a walkthrough on there site to tell someone i got banned and they need to unbann me.

i dropped a bomb on 3 friendlys tanks i said ::)oops! and blip i was kicked
so could someone help me on this please?
